Woman rescued in 'brothel' raid

A woman has been rescued during a raid on a suspected brothel in Derby, police have confirmed.

Officers arrested a man as they searched the property on Wolfa Street at about 1130 BST.

The 39-year-old woman was taken to a police station and treated as a victim of human trafficking.

Police said the man, 47, was arrested on suspicion of managing a brothel and a human trafficking offence. He is due to be questioned by detectives.
