A Derby woman has been receiving mail intended for other people, including a bus pass, exam results and bills that were not hers.
Four months ago, Joanne Hanson was sent somebody else's bus pass from Derby City Council, which had a name and photograph on it.
Two days ago, exam results from Derby College arrived in the mail in her name although they were for another woman.
The college and council have admitted the items were sent to the wrong place.
Derby College has apologised to Ms Hanson and organised for her to send the results back to them. A spokesperson said it was caused by human error.
Ms Hanson said she had taken some courses at the college, but not the same ones for which the results were sent.
The council said it could not work out how the mistake had happened since neither the name on the bus pass nor the postcode were similar to Ms Hanson's.
She said: "All of them have been addressed to my address, and I know for certain that all of these people have never lived at my address. So it is very strange that the mail is getting to me."
