A new flag for Derbyshire has been unveiled at ceremonies in four locations across the county.
The blue-green-yellow design with a Tudor rose in the middle was unfurled at ceremonies in Derby, Buxton, Ripley and Ashbourne on Friday morning.
The winning design was submitted by Martin Enright and chosen by the public in a vote organised by BBC Radio Derby.
Scores of entries were received from all over Derbyshire with the panel of judges choosing a shortlist of three.
Tudor rose
The design includes green and blue crosses that represent the Derbyshire countryside along with a Tudor rose in gold.
The Tudor rose is already included in logos used by Derbyshire police and Derbyshire County Cricket Club.
Amber Valley MP Judy Mallaber said: "I liked all three designs - but I did support the flag with the stag design.
"I hope the people of Derbyshire get behind the new design and fly the flag."
Organisers said they were inspired by Cornwall, Devon and Lincolnshire which already have their own flags.
