Man accused of sports hall arson

Police investigating a large fire at a Warwickshire college sports hall have charged a man with arson.

The fire on 2 December, 2007 caused severe damage to the building at North Warwickshire and Hinckley College, in Hinckley Road, Nuneaton.

Warwickshire Police said a 19-year-old man from Nuneaton had been charged with arson.

The man has been released on bail to appear before the town's magistrates on Thursday, 28 August.
