Shop assistant attacked in raid

Three teenagers who knocked over a shop assistant and dragged her around a store before stealing two tills and champagne are being hunted by police.

The raid happened at the Co-op in Tamworth Road, Wood End, Warwickshire, on Thursday evening.

The youths threatened two other members of staff and used a champagne bottle to threaten a customer as they fled.

One youth was about 5ft 10in tall with red-striped black tracksuit bottoms, and a red scarf across his face.

The second had a black scarf across his face and the third was dressed all in black with a black scarf across his face.
