Vandals attack 150 grave tributes
Police are investigating after more than 150 memorials at a cemetery were vandalised in an attack.
Police said a council officer made the discovery at the Garden of Rest at Oaston Road Cemetery in Nuneaton, Coventry during a routine inspection.
It appears containers with flowers in have been stolen and the contents scattered about the cemetery.
Relatives have been contacted by Nuneaton and Bedworth Council who said it was an appalling act of vandalism.
