Son attacks man as father watches

A 20-year-old man was assaulted by a teenager while the young attacker's father looked on.

He was approached by the pair after leaving the Crew public house in Queen's Road, Nuneaton, Warwickshire in the early hours of Saturday.

The son, who was said to be about 16, grabbed the victim in a headlock and punched him while his father watched.

The victim suffered bruising to his face and eyes, a split lip and a loosened tooth.

The son is described as a white male, about 5ft 5in tall and of thin build. He was wearing a light grey hooded top.

The father is white, aged in his early 40s, 6ft tall and of stocky build with a bald head.
