Man in court over shooting death

Amanda and Adam Hustler

A man has appeared at Truro Crown Court charged with the murder and attempted murder of a family in Cornwall.

Businessman Adam Hustler, 41, died in hospital after being shot at his home at Porth Kea on 20 September.

His 40-year-old wife Amanda survived being shot in the back. Their daughter Danielle, 20 was uninjured.

A former boyfriend of Miss Hustler, Jonathan Cock, 23, from Newbridge near Penzance, was remanded in custody until 20 February 2009.
