Two men in death crash are named

A motorcyclist and a car driver who died in a head-on collision in Cornwall have been named.

Motorcyclist John Prizeman, 29, from Saltash, collided with a car driven by Donald Prouse, 58, from Liskeard.

Air ambulances and a police helicopter were called to the crash on the A38 at Stoketon Cross near Saltash.

Mr Prouse died at the scene of Thursday's crash and Mr Prizeman was pronounced dead in hospital. A pillion passenger, 29, is serious in hospital.

The A38 is one of the main routes through Devon and Cornwall and the accident caused major delays to traffic.
