Health and safety officials have begun investigating the death of a man in a farm accident in Cornwall.

Paul Nash, who was 26, was killed in an accident involving his digger at a farm at Zennor at lunchtime on Tuesday.

Paramedics tried to resuscitate Mr Nash, from Marazion near Penzance, but he died at the scene, said emergency services.
