A supermarket shopper drove down the aisle of a store after losing control of his car while parking.
The man, aged in his 60s, was reversing his Kia car into a parking space and careered into the Premier shop in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
Manager Daljit Sidhu was on the shop floor when the car came through a window on Wednesday and said no one was hurt despite a shower of debris.
Police said a man was reported for driving without due care and attention.
The driver had gone into a stationary Ford Fiesta, knocking it into bollards before going into the supermarket, and coming to a stop in the middle of the shop floor.
Foot slipped
Mr Sidhu, 52, said:? I heard a big bang and a car came crashing through my shop window.
"There was only me and a young girl in the shop at the time and thankfully she was at the counter end of the shop.
"I rushed out and gave the man a chair. He was very shaken up."
His wife, Linzer Sidhu, added:? All we can think is that the man's foot slipped onto the accelerator and he panicked - the car kept getting quicker and quicker as it came towards the shop."
