Woman pushed over in phone snatch

A woman was pushed to the ground and her mobile phone stolen, police in Bath have said.

The woman, who is in her 60s, was shoved from behind by two men in their 20s near the Waitrose supermarket in Walcot street.

An Avon and Somerset Police spokesman said the woman was left badly shaken by the incident which happened on the afternoon of Friday 20 June.

The force appealed for witnesses to come forward.
