Woman advertises to find Mr Right

Kirsten Tilley A woman has placed an advert on a job website to try to recruit her Mr Right.

Kirsten Tilley, 36, from Clifton, Bristol, said she had neglected her social life in favour of her career and her hobby of renovating houses.

Recruitment consultant Ms Tilley said the successful applicant must have "advanced" levels of honesty and humour and be an "expert" in loyalty.

The job description stipulates that no previous husband experience is needed and that ex-boyfriends need not apply.

"The successful applicant will be expected to engage in sparky, stimulating conversation"

The advert says the position requires "the administration of regular and genuine TLC, hugs and kisses".

"The successful applicant will be expected to engage in sparky, stimulating conversation, long muddy walks with dogs, lazy afternoons in snug country pubs and cosy evenings curled up in front of a real fire with a bottle of wine and a cheesy film on the box."

He must also have his own teeth and health and safety is "very important".

Ms Tilley, who has been single for two years, said she did not want to use a dating website as her friends had had bad experiences and she would like to "cut to the chase and ask a few questions".

"The reason why I decided to do it was because recruitment is what I do best and I have been told before that I have a very good judge of character," she told BBC News.

Harry Vlahakis of Jobs2View.com, said the advert had generated a lot of hits.
