Graham Branfield, 63, from St Andrews, was given an indefinite Asbo by Bristol Family Court on Friday following complaints from nearby residents.
Mr Branfield had fed hundreds of birds with leftover food and industrial size bags of feed.
He faces five years in prison if he breaches the order.
The order applies to four streets near his home on Windsor Road, and also prohibits him from keeping or putting out bird seed in his garden.
An attempt to extend the order to St Andrews Park was rejected.
But District Judge Tim Pattinson made one small concession by allowing Mr Branfield to leave one bowl of food out for his cat.
Bristol City Council had successfully applied for an interim order in May banning him from feeding the birds outside his rented house.
