Two men have been arrested over the murder of a father who was shot dead at a Bradford nightclub.

Damian Gordon, 30, was killed either in the entrance to, or just outside, the Icon nightclub on 3 August.

West Yorkshire Police said a 26-year-old man was arrested in Huddersfield on Monday and a 32-year-old man was arrested in Manchester on Tuesday.

They are both being held on suspicion of murder and are being questioned by detectives.

On Tuesday Mr Gordon's widow Brenda urged witnesses to contact police.

She said: "I want everybody to know that my life has been frozen after finding my husband dead."

"My kids are lost without their dad.

"We are frozen in a timelessness until someone comes forward and names the person who killed Damian.

"I don't want any other family to suffer like my family have."

Mr Gordon, who was also known as Mikey, lived in the Swain House area of Bradford and was not known to police.
