Teenager remanded over park death

Police have charged a fifth person with the murder of a teenager who was found dead in a West Yorkshire park.

Amar Aslam, who was 17, suffered head injuries in an attack in Crow Nest Park in Dewsbury on 25 May.

A 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named, appeared at Dewsbury Magistrates' Court charged with murder and was remanded.

Three 15-year-old boys and Amin Hussain Ali, 20, from Dewsbury, have already appeared in court charged with Amar's murder and been remanded in custody.

They are due to appear at Leeds Crown Court on Thursday.
