Woman released in police inquiry

A woman being questioned about the murder of a man in West Yorkshire has been released.

The body of Jankee Jaimungal was found at a house on Maythorne Avenue, Staincliffe, Batley, on Tuesday.

Mr Jaimungal, thought to be in his 70s, had suffered head injuries. Police are waiting for the results of a post-mortem examination.

Detectives are still questioning two men, aged 21 and 45, and a 20-year-old woman about the death.
