More than 20 firefighters have tackled a blaze which destroyed the roof of a Berkshire home.
Fire crews arrived at the two-storey detached property in Newlands Drive, Maidenhead, to find the roof already alight at about 2130 BST on Saturday.
A Thames Valley Police spokeswoman said nobody was in the property at the time and roads that were closed reopened before midnight.
The blaze is thought to have been started by an electrical fault.
