A husband and wife cheese-making team from Berkshire has swept the board at the 2008 British Cheese Awards.
Barkham Blue, made by Andy and Sandy Rose, beat off 900 others to win Best Blue Cheese, Best English Cheese and Supreme Champion.
The couple make the cheese in their small dairy at their home in Barkham, near Wokingham.
They said the awards could increase demand for the cheese, but would not change the way the product was made.
"We want to carry on making a handmade product and we really pride ourselves on the quality of it, rather than the quantity," Mrs Rose said.
Mr Rose added: "We want to stay as a small artisan cheese business rather than go with mass-produced items."
