Third arrest over election fraud

A third man has been arrested in connection with a police investigation into electoral fraud in Berkshire.

The 19-year-old man was held at an address in Slough on suspicion of making a false application to vote by post in the May 2007 local elections.

Two men, aged 29 and 51, were arrested on 6 June 2007 in connection with the investigation, which involves the town's Central ward.

All three are due to answer police bail on 20 February.
