Dead soldier at army base named

James Clarke Police have named an 18-year-old soldier whose body was discovered at an army training college in Berkshire.

James Clarke was found in the grounds at Arborfield Garrison, near Finchampstead, on Friday night.

On Sunday, Thames Valley Police said that the soldier's death was being treated as "unexplained".

An investigation is now under way into the circumstances surrounding Mr Clarke's death. Police have revealed he was based at the barracks.
