Police force helps fund BMX track

A police force is helping fund a BMX track in Buckinghamshire in a bid to reduce anti-social behaviour.

Thames Valley Police and South Bucks District Council have contributed to the facility in Iver.

Residents, young people and businesses have also been raising money to improve the track at Iver recreation ground.

Bev Pearse, neighbourhood inspector, said: "We would much rather they are involved in sport at the recreation ground than meet on street corners."
