Three youths deny murder charges

Robert Barrington Gill Three teenagers have denied murdering a 17-year-old boy who died after a night out in Bedfordshire.

Robert Barrington Gill, of Wilstead, Bedfordshire, went missing on Boxing Day after leaving a nightclub. His body was later found in the River Ouse.

Two teenagers aged 15 and 17 and Sean Downes, 18, of Acacia Road, Bedford, pleaded not guilty to murder, false imprisonment and robbery.

They were all remanded in custody after appearing at Luton Crown Court.

Their trial, expected to last for two to three weeks, will begin on 23 June at Luton Crown Court.
