Naked driver harasses papergirl
A motorist dressed only in a pair of white socks has exposed himself to a teenage papergirl in Hertfordshire.
The naked man repeatedly drove past the 15-year-old as she cycled on her early morning round in Welwyn on 30 October.
Four days later the naked motorist, described by police as fat and aged in his mid-30s, appeared again and got out of the car to blow the girl a kiss.
Pc Vikki Sparks, of Herts Police said the girl was unharmed in the "alarming and traumatic incidents".
The force urged anyone with information relating to the incidents to contact them.
