Boy's older women 'love triangle'

Jenine Saville-King A 16-year-old boy was involved in a love triangle with a mother-of-three and his schoolteacher, a court heard.

Jenine Saville-King is accused of having an affair with the boy, which began when he was her pupil, St Albans Crown Court was told.

It is alleged she was sleeping with the boy when he was aged 15 and 16, while she was a teacher in Watford, Herts.

Mrs Saville-King, 29, from Hook in Hampshire, denies having sex with a child and abuse of trust.

Jurors were told that after leaving school the boy, now 18, went on to have a relationship with a mother-of-three, with whom he now lives.

The woman, now aged 37, told jurors that when she took the boy on holiday, Mrs Saville-King began ringing him as soon as they arrived at their hotel.

Spoke of love

Giving evidence, she told how she later crept from the hotel room she was sharing with the boy to phone Mrs Saville-King.

"She told me he loved her and he was going to be with her," the woman said.

"I said I was quite shocked because of the way he had been behaving with me. She told me she had been in a hotel with him on the two previous Fridays."

"She called my boyfriend names because I think she realised he had been sleeping with both of us"
Mother-of-two

The woman, who is still in a relationship with the teenager, went on: "Obviously my boyfriend and Mrs Saville-King had basically cheated on me.

"I told her since we had been on holiday, he hadn't been able to leave me alone. At that point, she screamed down the phone.

"She called my boyfriend names because I think she realised he had been sleeping with both of us."

Mrs Saville-King denies seven charges of sexual activity with the schoolboy when he was 15 years old and one offence of abuse of trust.

The affair is said to have taken place in 2004 and 2005. The trial continues.
