Effort to boost coast communities

Councils, business groups and non-government agencies are meeting to discuss how to improve life in coastal communities in the East of England.

The initiative is one of the first of its kind and brings together a wide range of groups.

They will discuss ways to tackle some of the economic and social challenges facing coastal areas and build new opportunities for communities.

They will also address the challenges stemming from climate change.
