Body found in missing woman hunt

Julianna Gregory

A body discovered at the bottom of cliffs in Devon is believed to be that of a missing woman.

A land and sea search was launched by police when Julianna Gregory, 65, left her home unexpectedly without her medication or money on Tuesday.

It is thought a body found near cliffs in Beer is that of Mrs Gregory. The death is not being treated as suspicious by the police.

Her next of kin have been informed of the discovery.

Mrs Gregory left a note for her husband saying that she had gone out.

Police were concerned because she did not take any money, her bag, her purse, her medication or her mobile phone.
