Seven charged after police raids

Two more people have been charged following police raids at 15 homes in four counties.

Officers executed warrants at addresses in Surrey, West Sussex, Berkshire and London on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The raids were part of Operation Shield, which targets criminals coming into Surrey from other counties.

Seven men, aged between 18 and 28, from Maidenhead, Berkshire, Addlestone, Ashford and Stanwell in Surrey have now been charged with conspiracy to burgle.
