Motorists were warned to expect delays on roads between Chatham and Romney Marsh on Monday while propeller blades for a wind farm were transported.
Kent Police said three abnormally long loads were setting off on different three-hour journeys between 1000 BST and 1100 BST under police escort.
They were using the Medway Tunnel road, the M2, M20, A2070 and A259.
The £50m Npower Renewables wind farm is being built on the Kent/Sussex border at Walland Marsh.
Monday's operation was the final phase of police escorting vehicles carrying propeller blades for wind turbines.
Motorists in the area were advised to listen to travel bulletins for up-to-the-minute updates.
In total, 78 vehicles will have been escorted, with six Kent Police motorcyclists and one car providing escort for each movement.
