A blaze during which 100 guests were evacuated from a hotel is not being treated as arson, police confirmed.
About 50 firefighters tackled the blaze at the King's Head Hotel, in Darlington, County Durham, at its height on Friday.
Durham Police said they were not treating it as suspicious and the cause was still being investigated.
Following major disruption to traffic Priestgate has reopened and the Summer Markets Spectacular is going ahead.
The event, which features 300 market stalls with goods from all over the world, runs until Monday. All the town's shops have also reopened apart from those under the hotel.
