Driver killed in lorry collision

A man was killed when the car he was driving was in collision with a lorry on a road in Cambridgeshire.

Andrew McCaughley, 45, of Woodhall Close, Northampton, was on the A605 in Whittlesey when the his Seat Toledo was in collision with a Volvo lorry.

The driver of the lorry, a 44-year-old man from Nottinghamshire, was uninjured in the accident, which happened on Monday afternoon.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to get in touch.
