Harvey is stable at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London after he was scalded at the family home in Ockley, Surrey, on New Year's Eve.

Jordan and her husband Peter Andre have been at his bedside since the accident.

A statement issued on Friday said Harvey got into the empty bath with his clothes on, and scalded his right leg.

Harvey, who has a growth disorder and is partially blind, is the son of footballer Dwight Yorke.

'Closely monitored'

Jordan, 28, whose real name is Katie Price, has a younger son, Junior, with Mr Andre and is currently pregnant with her third child.

The couple's management said: "Harvey has been in hospital, with Peter and Katie by his bedside... and because of Harvey's medical condition, he needs to be monitored very closely."

Harvey is expected to remain in hospital for the next couple of days.

The accident happened on Sunday afternoon, before the couple were due to hold a party at their home.

They cancelled the party and a holiday to Australia after the incident.
