Man is charged after fatal crash

A 23-year-old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after an accident on the M1.

Christopher David Black, of Scarcroft, Leeds, died in Milton Keynes Hospital following the crash on 30 May on the M1 at Quinton, Northamptonshire.

He was a front-seat passenger in a white Mercedes Sprinter van.

A 23-year-old man, from Pudsey in West Yorkshire, has been charged and released on bail to appear before Daventry Magistrates on 9 November.
