Brothers in court over churchyard body
Two men have been remanded in custody charged with the murder of a man from Pontefract.
Brian Keating was taken from his home in Monkhill Lane in Pontefract on 15 October 2002.
His body found in St Mark's churchyard in the Woodhouse area of Leeds the next day.
West Yorkshire Police have now jointly charged two brothers with Mr Keating's murder and kidnap.
They are Jetinder Singh Khosa, 29, from Burmantofts and Jaspal Singh Khosa who is 26 and from Middleton in Leeds.
They made a 10 minute appearance before magistrates in Leeds on Tuesday and were remanded in custody until a crown court appearance next week.
