Queen heads to the suburbs
The Queen has been touring Commonwealth countries
The Queen is to visit allotments and a Premiership football club in the suburbs of London as part of her Jubilee tour.
Buckingham Palace announced on Thursday the latest stage in Her Majesty's Golden Jubilee tour around the UK and the Commonwealth.
These visits will focus on the outer areas of London, places which have not seen a visit from the Queen in recent years.
Royal officials said the aim is to give as many people as possible the chance to meet and see the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh.
"Many of the Queen's London visits in recent years have been to engagements in inner London.
"This is why the Queen's four Golden Jubilee London tours will focus on communities in London's outer areas.
"The tours have been designed to reflect the variety of population groups and cultural influences which together form London today.
"The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh will be visiting the widest possible range of people and organisations in different communities."
The visits, marking Her Majesty's 50-year reign on the throne, include:
A tour of allotments at Redbridge
Reception at West Ham Football Club
Visit to Waltham Forest in Walthamstow
Visit to a bus depot in Brent
To view a parade in Barnet
Reception at Alexandra Palace
Statue unveiling in Uxbridge
Commemoration of King Edward the Elder in Kingston-upon-Thames
Visit to performing arts school in Croydon
Youth "mini" games at Crystal Palace
