The columns show the proportion of students getting at least five good GCSEs or equivalent vocational qualifications each year, including English and maths GCSEs, and the overall increase.
The list is compiled by the Department for Children, Schools and Families.
The key to inclusion in the table is consistency - a school's results have to have improved each year. Other schools might have had a bigger rise across the four years, but with a dip along the way.
