Bilal Abdullah, 28, of Paisley, and Mohammed Asha, 27, of Newcastle-under-Lyme, are accused of conspiracy to cause explosions.
Sabeel Ahmed, 26, of Liverpool, is charged with holding information which could have prevented a terror act.
None formally entered a plea and their trial is likely to be in October.
Mr Abdullah, an Iraqi doctor who worked at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley, was arrested at Glasgow Airport on 30 June last year after a Jeep was driven into the doors of the main terminal building.
Later that same day, Jordanian Dr Asha was arrested in Cheshire on the M6 motorway.
Dr Ahmed, who is originally from India, worked at Halton Hospital in Runcorn, Cheshire.
His brother Kafeel Ahmed, 27, died of burns after being injured in the Glasgow attack.
