Lord Stevens has delivered his report into alleged illegal payments in football transfers following an extensive and high-profile inquiry.

- Some agents have failed to respond
- Several bank accounts have been investigated
FURTHER INQUIRIES

- These include the creation of a body to handle the audit of transfers, instead of the Football Association
- Any scant regard for the rules is "unacceptable"
- Relatives "should not be paid" in deals
