Dando case: Man released

Dando case: Man released
Detectives hunting the killer of Crimewatch presenter Jill Dando have released a man who was arrested in connection with the theft of a Range Rover.

Police investigating the murder said the arrest was peripheral to the main inquiry and the man was released without charge.

He is the first person to be arrested in relation to the case in more than four months.

The BBC TV presenter was shot dead on her doorstep in Fulham, south-west London, on 26 April this year.
