Buckingham Palace has released details of the broadcast, in which the Queen will praise the response by people of all faiths to the tragedies.
"This last year has reminded us that we live in a world which is not easy or safe, but it is the only place we have," she will say.
The Queen's Christmas message will be broadcast at 1500 GMT on 25 December.
It was recorded in the Chapel at Buckingham Palace.
The Christmas Day broadcast is the Queen's one opportunity each year to express her thoughts rather than those of the government.
The first natural disaster she will focus on is the Indian Ocean tsunami that occurred on 26 December 2004 - within hours of her last broadcast.
The 7 July bombings in London that killed 52 people will also be reflected on by the Queen.
