Miss Dando, 37, will be buried at Ebdon Road Cemetery in Weston-super-Mare, near her mother Jean, who died of leukaemia 13 years ago. People will be able to pay their final respects when the cortege travels through the town before the service.
Ms Dando, a committed Christian, regularly visited the resort's Milton Baptist Church. Her funeral service is to be conducted by its pastor, the Rev Mark Owen.
The Clarence Park Baptist Church was chosen for the service as Mr Owen's church is undergoing refurbishment.

A memorial service will be held in London within the next few months "for the many people who knew Jill and worked with her for many years".
The date and venue have yet to be fixed.
The public has been asked not to send flowers to the service by her family and Dr Farthing. Instead, it has been suggested that they consider donating to two charities to which she devoted a lot of time.
These are the Weston Hospice Care and the British Heart Foundation.
Miss Dando announced her engagement to Dr Farthing, a consultant at the Paddington Hospital, in January. They were to marry in September.
£150,000 reward
She was shot on her doorstep in Fulham, west London, on 26 April. Police are still trying to trace her murderer, and on Thursday another plea for information was made by Detective Chief Inspector Hamish Campbell, who has been heading the inquiry.
He said he wanted to speak to anyone who had been driving a Range Rover in the area on the day of the murder.
The Daily Mail newspaper is putting up a £100,000 reward for information about the murder, while The Crimestoppers Trust has announced a £50,000 reward.
The money for the latter is believed to have been donated by an anonymous businessman.
Scotland Yard has appointed Detective Chief Superintendent Brian Edwards to oversee the inquiry. But Mr Edwards, who heads CID operations in central London, said Mr Campbell would remain in "day-to-day" charge of the inquiry.
Mr Edwards said the move in no way implied criticism of Mr Campbell.
