Dando was shot on her doorstep in Fulham, west London on Monday morning.
The first programme in the series was shown on Sunday, and a second was to be screened this weekend.
A BBC spokesman said: "I don't think we have any plans to show them at a later date."
An edition of Antiques Roadshow will take its place.
On Wednesday an edition of Crimewatch File, narrated by Dando, was pulled from the schedules. But the next edition of Crimewatch UK, on 18 May, will go ahead as planned with Dando's colleague Nick Ross as its sole presenter.
