Hassled by housing?

Monopoly board properties The Truth About Property returns to BBC Two for the spring, and we would like to hear how your lives have been affected by the downturn in the property market.

Confidence in the market is shaky. The sub-prime mortgage crisis has blown in from America and the credit crunch has caused new mortgage lending to fall to an all time low.

As a result, house prices are falling, interest rates are still relatively high and people are feeling the pinch.

Are you a buyer or seller locked in a stand-off over price? Are you a parent who is considering selling or re-mortgaging to get children on to the property ladder? Have your mortgage repayments shot up suddenly? Have you been relying on your house to get you out of debt?

Send us your experiences using the form below. Your details will not be published.
