Arsenal have it all to do

The Gunners, who suffered a shattering defeat to United in Wednesday's FA Cup semi-final replay, currently trail the leaders by four points.

But according to their new Nigerian ace Nwankwo Kanu, Arsenal will not let the fans down.

"I know them now and the Arsenal players are a tremendously strong group which I'm proud to be part of, " Kanu said.

"It's difficult to forget what happened to us on Wednesday. Everybody felt very bad because they all wanted to reach the FA Cup Final again.

"I still have a very good feeling we can win the championship again and I know that is what everybody will be focused on.

Dennis Bergkamp returns for the game after recovering from a groin strain, while there are other slight fitness doubts over Patrick Vieira and Lee Dixon who both have ankle injuries.

But winger Marc Overmars, only a substitute in the FA Cup replay, also because of an ankle problem, should start.

Wimbledon had an unbeaten record in 10 years at Highbury until last season's 5-0 beating.

They look certain to be without midfielder Michael Hughes (groin) and striker Efan Ekoku (knee) who are both overdue for operations to repair their long-standing injuries.

Recent £2m signing Gareth Ainsworth, who has played just two games since recovering from a hernia operation, and Carl Leaburn look the most likely replacements, although youngster Carl Cort could be chosen to partner ex-Gunner John Hartson up front.
