Two killed in West Bengal clash
Officials in the Indian state of West Bengal say two people were killed when they were caught in crossfire between rival political groups.
Several others were hurt in the clashes between Marxists and opponents in the village of Nandigram, officials say.
Proposals by the communist state government to acquire arable land in Nandigram for industrial use has led to bitter opposition from villagers.
In March 14 people were killed when police opened fire on protesters.
