20 dead in Nepal accident

Twenty people have died and another 25 have been injured in a bus accident in Nepal.

The bus was travelling to the capital, Kathmandu, when it fell 200 metres off the road near Devpur village in Kavrepalanchok district, north east of Kathmandu.

The wounded have been admitted to nearby hospitals.

Neither the cause of the accident nor the total number of passengers the bus was carrying is known.
