'Bangladeshis killed in US tragedy'
The head of the caretaker government of Bangladesh, Latifur Rahman, says at least 50 Bangladeshis have been killed in the attack on the World Trade Center in New York.
Mr Rahman was quoting information from the embassy in the United States, but he gave no details about the victims.
He said the cabinet would meet to discuss the repercussions of the attack on some half-a-million Bangladeshis who live in the United States.
Many of them worked in the restaurants and offices of the World Trade Centre.
