Venice floods: Your pictures

You have been sending us your photographs of the floods in Venice. The waters reached their highest level for more than 20 years, before subsiding. This view of the waterfront is by Sonja Teelucksingh.

Thorvaldur Baldurs took this photo in the district of San Antonin, where locals say it "hardly ever" floods. He says his was the only ground floor apartment in the district which didn't get flooded.
