Cable laying causes road closures

Motorists in Jersey will have to follow diversions when driving through part of Trinity because of cables being laid in the area.

La Route D'Ebenezer - between La Rue de L'Allee and La Rue du Tas De Geon - is shut to traffic until Friday to allow the work to take place.

The cables are being laid by Geomarine on behalf of Jersey Electricity.

Access to premises along the affected road is still permitted despite the diversions.
