No new measures after bus attack

Jersey's transport chiefs are not planning to take extra security measures following a fight involving teenagers on a late night bus.

A driver was assaulted on the last Connex bus to Gorey on Saturday night.

Police are investigating the affray, which reportedly escalated after the vehicle stopped near Howard Davis Park and more people got on.

Transport Minister, Deputy Guy de Faye, said it was a "serious incident" but all guidelines were followed.
